Its as easy and flexible as that. The website will be populated with your customer comments and a rating will be assigned. Each feedback rating (between 1 and 5) will be verified before it is published on the website. The feedback postings against your directory listing will give the customers confidence in using your business. Only the positive feedback will be displayed against your listing, but the negative feedback WILL affect your gold star 1 to 5 rating, thus differentiating between the quality of service between each business.
